About This Course
KIDnection at Home: An SLP's Guide to Early Speech and Language for Babies and Toddlers is an online educational course created by Carly Dorfman, M.S., CCC-SLP, and offered through KIDnection LLC. The course is designed to provide parents and caregivers of babies and toddlers from birth to 18 months with evidence-based strategies to support early speech and language development at home.
Not a Substitute for Professional Services
KIDnection at Home is an educational resource only. It is not a substitute for individualized speech-language pathology evaluation, diagnosis, or treatment services.
The content provided in this course does not constitute medical, clinical, or therapeutic advice and should not be interpreted as such. Nothing in this course creates a therapist-client relationship between you and Carly Dorfman or KIDnection LLC.
If you have concerns about your child's development, you are encouraged to seek evaluation from a licensed speech-language pathologist or your child's pediatrician. KIDnection at Home does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any speech, language, or developmental disorder or condition.
Purchase and Payment
By completing your purchase you agree to pay the full course enrollment fee as stated at the time of purchase. All prices are listed in US dollars.
Your purchase grants you a single-user, non-transferable license to access the course content for personal, non-commercial use only.
Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of this course and the immediate access provided upon purchase, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once access to the course has been granted.
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing the course, please contact us at info@kidnection.co within 7 days of purchase and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
Intellectual Property
All course content including but not limited to video lessons, written materials, guides, scripts, frameworks, and branding is the exclusive intellectual property of KIDnection LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
By purchasing this course you agree that you will not:
Copy, reproduce, distribute, or share any course content in any format
Upload, post, or transmit any course content to any third-party platform
Use any course content for commercial purposes
Share your login credentials or grant access to any other individual
Unauthorized use or distribution of course content may result in immediate termination of your access and may subject you to legal action.
Access and Delivery
Upon completing your purchase you will receive access to KIDnection at Home through Course Creator 360. You are responsible for maintaining your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
KIDnection LLC reserves the right to update, modify, or improve course content at any time. We will not remove substantial course content without notice.
Lifetime access means access for as long as KIDnection at Home remains an active offering of KIDnection LLC. In the unlikely event that the course is discontinued, reasonable notice will be provided.
Disclaimer of Warranties
KIDnection at Home is provided as is and to the fullest extent permitted by law. KIDnection LLC makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the course content or outcomes. Results from applying the strategies in this course will vary based on individual child and family circumstances. KIDnection LLC does not guarantee any specific outcome for your child's speech or language development.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KIDnection LLC and Carly Dorfman shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use this course, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to this course shall not exceed the amount you paid for the course.

Governing Law
