These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of the KiDnection website and Services. KiDnection reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. • The KiDnection name, KiDnection At Home™ name, and all associated branding

• Website design, copy, and layout
• Social media content, email content, and marketing materials

You may not, under any circumstances:

• Copy, reproduce, or duplicate any KiDnection content in any form
• Distribute, share, resell, sublicense, or transfer access to any course or material to any third party
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on KiDnection content
• Use any KiDnection content for commercial purposes, including in your own courses, presentations, or programs
• Screen-record, download, or otherwise capture course videos or audio
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices from any KiDnection materials
• Use the KiDnection name, logo, or brand in any way that implies endorsement or affiliation without prior written permission

Any unauthorized use of KiDnection content is a violation of these Terms and may constitute copyright infringement, trademark infringement, or other legal violations. KiDnection reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies in the event of such violations.

Limited Personal Use License

Upon purchasing a course or resource, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the content for your own personal, non-commercial use only. This license does not grant you any ownership interest in the content and may be revoked if you violate these Terms.

When you purchase a KiDnection At Home™ course or other digital product, you receive access to that specific content as described at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated, course access is for the individual purchaser only and may not be shared, gifted, or transferred to another person.

KiDnection reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue course content at any time. We may update lessons or materials to reflect current research or improve the learning experience. Discontinuation of a course does not automatically entitle you to a refund.

Refunds

Account Security

If your course is delivered through a third-party platform (such as CourseCreator360), you are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. Do not share your username or password with anyone. KiDnection is not responsible for unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

By using our Services, you agree that you will not:

• Use our Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users, customers, or KiDnection staff
• Post or transmit any false, misleading, or defamatory content about KiDnection, its content, or its personnel
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our website, course platform, or systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our website or Services
• Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or other technology to access or extract content from our website or courses
• Impersonate KiDnection, its staff, or any other person or entity

KiDnection reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or is harmful to our community, brand, or business.

Educational Content Only

All content provided by KiDnection, LLC is for general educational and informational purposes only. It is not intended to constitute, and should not be construed as, medical, clinical, or therapeutic advice. KiDnection At Home™ is a parent education course, not a clinical intervention or therapy program. If you have concerns about your child's development, speech, or language, please consult a licensed speech-language pathologist or other qualified healthcare provider.

No Guarantees

KiDnection makes no guarantees or warranties, express or implied, regarding outcomes, results, or the suitability of any course content for your individual child or family. Every child develops on their own timeline, and results will vary.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KiDnection, LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services or reliance on our content. In no event shall KiDnection's total liability to you exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
